Guest:
Hi! We heard there’s a cool VR experience here. We’ve already bought tickets.
Attendant:
Awesome! You’ve come to the right place. Come on over here and we’ll get you signed up. Will you be participating together as one group?
Guest:
Yes, we will be.
Attendant:
Great. We’ll sign you up as one group. Just fill out all the required fields on the screen, name, language, team name.
Once you're done, we’ll print stickers with QR codes—those are your tickets for the experience. Please don’t lose them!
(Operator assists as needed)
Guest:
Can I go to the restroom?
Attendant:
Yes, of course. Once you’re signed up, you’re free to walk around, get a snack somewhere, use the restroom, and come back when you’re ready.
Once you’re ready, we can scan it—but please let one of us know if you leave the area, or you might lose your spot.
Once we get you in and we got you signed up, please do not leave the premises. Sound good?
Guest:
Sounds good.
Attendant:
Alright, let’s finish getting you signed in. Make sure to stay in the same group during the process.
(After sign-in)
Attendant:
You’ve agreed to the terms and conditions, so we’ll go ahead and print your tickets.
(Operator hands out stickers/tickets)
Attendant:
Here are your tickets with your names on them. Hang on to these! You can stick it on your shirt, put it in your pocket—wherever is convenient. Just don’t stick it to your forehead or anywhere hard to scan. We’ll need to access it quickly.
Once you are ready, after you use the restroom or grab a snack, we can scan your ticket to let you in. Once we scan your ticket, if you walk away, you would lose your place in line, so please let us know if you have to step away.
Guest Wait & Check-In¶

Attendant:
Alright, you’re all checked in! If you can see your team name up on the screen, that means you’re up next.
Guest:
Do we wait here?
Operator:
Yes, go ahead and take a seat in the lobby. You’ll see your name in the queue and an attendant will call your team when you’re up next.
Please stay close by, and again—if you need to step away, just let one of us know.
Team appears in “up next…”
Attendant:
Once your team moves to “Team Boarding Now” on the screen, come up to the front and we’ll guide you to your onboarding area when everyone on your team is here.
Headset Assignment & Onboarding¶
Attendant:
I’m going to guide you to your onboarding area, once we are there, you will get your VR Headset.
(Attendant and Guests walk to onboard area)

I can scan your QR code and hand you your headset.
you can go ahead and put on your headset.
Follow the instructions you’ll see in VR, and if you need anything at all, just raise your hand and we’ll come help.
(Guests begin putting on headsets)
Attendant (checking fit):
How does that feel? Need any adjustments?
To adjust the fit, use the dial on the back of the headset. Once that feels snug, there’s a Velcro strap on top—pull it tight and secure it again for the best fit.
If you can’t hear anything, there’s a volume button underneath the headset. Let us know and we’ll help you with it.
