GEM Intro

GEM's Core Purpose

Group Experience Management

At its core, GEM is designed to manage one or multiple experiences at a physical location. This involves coordinating various logistical factors, including:

  • Guests signing up, often in groups (e.g., families) who want to experience it together.
  • Arriving at different times and approaching the experience in stages.
  • Checking in by having their tickets scanned and devices assigned.
  • Being grouped with others to form teams of up to eight participants.
  • Varying time requirements for putting on headsets.
  • Spending different durations in the onboarding area.
  • Experiencing slight variations in time spent within each zone.
  • Processing headsets between offboarding and reuse for the next group.
  • And other operational factors that impact the overall flow.

GEM ensures these elements are managed efficiently, creating a seamless experience for both guests and operators.
