Shows help messages for all app commands

  -h, --help   help for app

  -d, --debug     Turn on debugging output
  -t, --trace     Turn on trace output
  -v, --verbose   Turn on verbose output

gem - A Command Line Interface for interacting with GEM
gem app enterZone - Notifies that the first member of the group has started to enter the zone.
gem app exitZone - Notifies that the last member of the group has left the zone.
gem app getConnection - Gets the connection infromation.
gem app getDeviceState - Gets the device state.
gem app notifyGroup - Shows help messages for all notifyGroup commands
gem app notifyUser - Shows help messages for all notifyUser commands
gem app registerServer - The game server registers itself with GEM.
