gem ops assignDeviceToOnboard
gem ops assignDeviceToOnboard¶
Assign a device to an onboard area.
Synopsis¶
Assign a device to an onboard area. A device may only be assigned to a user at an onboard area if it has been assigned to that onboard area. The purpose of this restriction is to help ensure that when devices are moved around a location, whether it is for cleaning, mainenance or other reasons, that they are returned to the correct onboard area. The onboard area matters because the devices need to correctly setup for each experience and there is a relationship between the setup of the device and the experience(s) that are available at that onboard area.
