Resources for attendants and operators who run daily sessions and manage user flow.
Definitions:¶

Attendant: The employee interacting with the customers, operating the show, operating the GEM Dashboard, and tending to the devices (VR headsets) used for the show. Under normal circumstances, attendants can take care of all tasks necessary to operate shows on a daily basis.

Operator: The employee with the technical knowledge and administrative access to install, modify, and troubleshoot shows and devices. Under normal circumstances, operators are not necessary for the daily operations for a show, but they are necessary for troubleshooting technical issues, installing new shows, or modifying core attributes of existing shows.
